What cities do you service?

We provide commercial cleaning services to many cities throughout greater Cleveland Ohio. For a detailed list of all the cities that we service throughout greater Cleveland click here. If your specific city is not listed, give us a call as we still may be able to service your area. 

What is your payment policy?

For recurring cleaning services, our payment policy can range anywhere from Net 30 to Net 60. One-time cleaning services may require payments to be due upon receipt depending on the type of service that is being provided. 

Can I cancel my cleaning services at any time?

Yes. Most of our commercial janitorial agreements can be cancelled at any time with a 30 day cancellation notice from either party.

Is your company insured and licensed?

Yes. Our cleaning company is insured with general liability insurance to help protect our customer's assets and facilities from accidents. We’re also licensed and meet all legal requirements regarding our industry.

Will the same employees be cleaning my facility each day?

Yes. The same employees service the same cleaning locations on a regular basis. This ensures that all of our customers are receiving consistent, high-quality commercial cleaning services. The only times that a different cleaning team would service your location would be if the regular staff is sick, on vacation or no longer with the company. Onyx Commercial Cleaning will provide all customers with a notice of any changes in the cleaning staff at their office or facility.

What time of day will the cleaning service be provided?

We offer commercial janitorial and office cleaning services during and after normal business hours. This includes both weekdays and weekends. Give us a call to receive more information regarding our cleaning and janitorial service schedules.

Who is responsible for providing the cleaning supplies?

Onyx Commercial Cleaning will generally supply all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for the completion of the cleaning service at your office or place of business. This includes cleaning solutions, vacuum cleaners, gloves, etc. The customer is usually responsible for all consumable supplies at their building. Consumable supplies include things like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, etc. For more information, give us a call.

Will my facility be locked, and the alarm set at the end of the shift?

Yes. All offices and buildings that are cleaned after normal business hours and on weekends or holidays will have the alarms set and the doors locked by our cleaning team.

What type of products do you use when providing your commercial cleaning services?

We offer many different types of cleaning supplies which can be customized to meet all of our client’s specific cleaning preferences. This includes both standard cleaning supplies and green cleaning supplies. Who can I call if we have any issues or concerns with our cleaning services?

If for whatever reason you may be having issues or concerns with the cleaning service being provided for your company, our office staff or owner can usually be reached directly to help solve any issues. We work very hard to make sure that all of our commercial cleaning services are completed with the highest quality standards in the cleaning industry. If for some reason we find that our cleaning expectations are not being met at a particular location, we will make the necessary changes to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied.
